In order to support the Airframe Wide Body (WB) Program team, Airbus Commercial is looking for a

Project Management & Business Partner Engineering (d/f/m):

You will join the Airframe Wide Body (WB) Program team which is a very dynamic transnational team leading airframe transverse engineering activities for Wide Body products.

The team is closely linked to the different program organizations and connected to the airframe sections to organize the wide portfolio of activities running on WB.

The span and the variety of projects ongoing offer great opportunities for technical and leadership development.

This central position is an opening to the Airframe strategy and the decision levers and mechanisms for major projects in Airbus commercial.

As part of the business management team, you will be dedicated to the management of important projects. This will be improvement projects and product development projects.

Your location:

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will manage the deliverables of the different stakeholders on time, cost, quality according to the program phase and the expectations of our customers
You will arrange coordination with engineering organization and be the business engineering representative for the Program community
You will support budget availability and monitoring for the given perimeter
You will perform project management disciplines: cost / workload estimation, control of project schedule, monitoring and steering of the deliverables, management of risks and opportunities
You will ensure internal or external communication and permanent alignment with program organizations
You will responsible for compiling the reports and reporting to Program-Stakeholder
You will develop KPIs for Project Maturity and evaluation for reporting
You will create timetables in a project management software for the projects to implement into an integrated planning

Desired skills and qualifications:

You have a university degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
Project management experience, combining AGILE and LBIP project management methodology
Teamwork and stakeholder management skills
Ability to evolve in a multicultural environment
You have a positive, openminded and innovative way of thinking, which goes hand in hand with a problemsolving attitude
You have business fluent English language skills
