We are looking for someone exceptional who is driven to make a real impact on the healthcare environment across the globe, who is excited to join a start-up company and to play an active role in shaping a start-up and its ecosystem, and someone who understands this sector and who is willing to fully immerse themselves in the product.

Tasks

You will be responsible for driving and executing the entire UX process, starting early in the business modelling phase.

You will help the business team to create a compelling offer to our customers and end users by giving input to critical design and interaction elements, creating mock-ups to show what the final product could look like.

You will continuously validate each design step throughout the creation process, interacting with customers and end-users to provide objective feedback about how well our products resonate with our target groups.

During development, you will assist engineers in translating UI mock-ups into a real product by providing UI guidelines, prototype reviews and UI/UX validation activities until the product can be launched.

As we are creating digital healthcare products, we have wildly varying user groups.

We often find ourselves in the situation where we need to change old habits of our users or motivate them to reach a certain goal.

Our products often go through multiple, radical transitions until we have found something that we ultimately believe in.

We are looking for someone who is willing to go into uncharted territory, for whom the experience of the journey matters more than following a pre
- planned path. We are looking for someone who can work with the undefined and who thrives in a team of like-minded people, rather than working alone and doing things by the book.

Role & Responsibilities:

UI/UX engineering from product discovery to implementation
Usability validation activities
UI design & prototyping
Ideally implementation of early mockups or prototypes using nocode tools

Requirements:

5+ years experience as a UI/UX designer, ideally in the healthcare sector. Startup experience is a plus
Ability to translate abstract business requirements into compelling products
Ability to make complex workflows look simple
Demonstrated experience using standard tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD) to create wireframes, user flows, mockups and prototypes
Ideally knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies
Desire to work in an agile, fastpaced, collaborative startup environment
Ideally located in Munich or CET time zone
