Intern/working student (M/F/d) Information Security

Your Tasks

Provide overall Office 365 security expertise including knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft cloud app security, Azure Information Protection, Data loss prevention, Information Rights Management, Intune (Conditional access/ MDM), single signon and multifactor authentication and related technologies (including Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security)
Support in building and implementing an Information Security Management System (ISIM)
Support in building and managing Cloud Based Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
Support global cyber security projects, e.g. Identity and Access Management, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SIEM, Incident Management etc.
Monitor computer networks for security issues
Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs
Stay uptodate on information technology trends and security standards
Support in development of companywide best practices for IT security
Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management
Support the IT team in general daytoday tasks

Your Qualificatons

Knowledge and proficiency of Office 365 Management, Enterprise Mobility & Security services including Azure Active Directory, Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM), Azure Information Protection (AIP), Exchange Online, Defender ATP & Data Loss Protection (DLP)
Handson experience establishing and configuring security controls for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 components preferred
Focus on a Windows environment, preferable if you have experience with Linux
Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities
Experience in information security or related field preferred
Experience with M365 Security & Compliance, Intune, Microsoft Defender preferred
Experience with Microsoft (Azure) Sentinel preferred
Experience with network / system security, intrusion prevention and detection preferred
A deep understanding of networking, e.g. IP subnetting, Network Security Groups, routing, Azure Firewall, load balancer, DNS is preferred
