Job Description:
Every sales process starts with lead generation.
As our new team lead for business development, you will be leading a team of motivated business development (outbound) and sales development (inbound) professionals.

- outbound sales
- taking responsibility for leading, coaching and developing a young and motivated sales team
- sharing your experience and best-practice techniques and tricks with your team to develop them further
- cooperating with marketing to improve lead generation
- developing and executing go to market strategies
- proactively improving the sales strategy, initiating appropriate developments and implementing necessary measures to reach targets
- reporting and performance tracking of all sales activities, including defining, monitoring, and improving relevant KPIs and OKRs.
- data-driven decision making and working with Salesforce
Qualifications:
To connect with ecosio it is important to have
- several years of working experience in B2B SaaS sales
- experience working in growing start-ups / scale-ups
- leadership experience in an international team
- previous experience with entering new markets in Europe
- Salesforce experience
And nice to have...
- fluent in additional languages
- previous experience working in EDI / ERP industry
- good technical understanding and ability to explain complex technical topics easily
