Your tasks:

Responsibility for advance quality planning for new projects front seat in coordination with the customer (APQP)
Planning, creation and realization of quality and test concepts
Testing, evaluation and implementation of customer specific requirements starting in acquisition up to SOP
Creation and maintenance of the production control plan
Procurement of test equipment, incl. their release
Responsibility for the execution of initial sampling and full run tests for product and process release by the customer
Qualityrelated series support for technical changes
Definition of quality specifications for the plants worldwide
Optimization of quality methods and test equipment (lessons learned) as well as use of quality tools for problem solving and error prevention

Your Profile:

Technical degree, alternatively a specialized further education and several years of professional experience in the relevant environment
Solid knowledge of quality management and good experience with quality methods (e.g. FMEA, APQP,VDA)
Several years of professional experience in the quality environment (ideally automotive)
Confident handling of statistical methods
Auditor training is an advantage
Confident knowledge of German and English
