The Salesforce Admin (M/F/d) EMEA is responsible for creating and maintaining the salesforce solution.Implement and deploy changes based on architecture design for all customer-facing apps focusing on Salesforce technology in order to ensure integrity, sustainability and a minimum of complexity for the entire solution within and across business process domains.
Tasks- You evaluate IT risks and determine the total cost of ownership (TCO) from solution perspective
- With Salesforce architect and product lead
- With Business Architects & BPM Experts for relevant process scope
- With other solution architects to ensure E2E integrity of solutions across
- as well as planning of costs and timing for change realization
- You are in charge of (Technical) Template governance to protect strategic solution design and solution effectiveness
- Govern low solution complexity and low total cost of ownership (TCO)
- Validate scope, evaluate IT risk and cost factors in projects and operations
- You ensure close alignment with business roles (e.g. Business Architect, Key-User)
- Develop solution architectural standards and guidelines in close alignment with
- Ensure adherence to changes to standards
- Observe solution/technology trends and consider for utilization
- You are responsible for deployment and release management in alignment with other teams
Requirements:
- You have completed your studies in Information Systems, Business Informatics or a similar education as a qualified IT specialist studies in Information Systems, Business Informatics or a similar education as a qualified IT specialist

- Salesforce administrator certification
- Minimum 1,5year experience working with salesforce technology
- Excellent communication, advisory and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and EnglishStrong analytical skills, a quick grasp and strong (self)organizational skills
