This is 6 month fixed term.

What you will be doing:

Partner with Germany HR Team and support the HR EMEA team, including preparation of offer paperwork.
Engage in regional and worldwide HR/ Recruiting projects as required.
Keep uptodate with news within the technology industry and competitors' recruiting activities.
Maintain an awareness of issues like attrition / retention, workforce diversity, employee satisfaction and career development opportunities within the business and provide insights.
Report on recruitment activities and results

What we need to see:

Extraordinary technical sourcing skills gained either inhouse or in an agency environment, with a focus of Automotive hires in the technology space. 3+ years of experience in Engineering Recruitment and shown success in recruiting attract top talent that involve complex needs, crafting strategic recruitment programs for key roles across the Automotive landscape.
Proven ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partners
A degree in a technology or business discipline.
Excellent written communication skills in English and German.
Exceptional initiative, with the ability to extract information and work autonomously.
A sound sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality.
The ability to work within a global, matrix environment with multiple partners.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and high affinity for technology.
Prior ATS experience
