Quality Systems Specialist (M/F/d) for our office in Herrenberg

(fulltime, temporary - 12 months)

ASID BONZ GmbH, based in Herrenberg, was founded in 1811 and currently has 70 highly motivated employees. As a medium-sized company, our focus is on the sale of medical products. In addition to hospitals and clinics, our customers also include retirement homes, specialist dealers and rescue services.

Your tasks

Support the QA Technician in administrative tasks related to the quality management system

(QMS)

Perform follow up actions for internal audits and corrective action plans;
Initial product label reviews liaise with suppliers and Medline International;
Support customer complaint handling;
Perform document control and system integration tasks;
Manage training requirements and records/archives within the QMS.

Profile:

Completed vocational training, preferred 12 years experience in a regulated industry
Internal Auditor Training, preferred;
Knowledge of ISO 13485 & ISO 9001, preferred;
Knowledge of 2017/745 Medical Device Regulation, preferred;
Very organized and detail oriented;
Very good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint user skills;
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken;
Independent, structured and resultoriented way of working;
Strong communication skills;
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
