Serving as the dedicated point of contact you will:
- Provide visa, passport and travel documentation advice
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure the collection of required documentation and paperwork
- Stay updated on changes to requirements and system developments
- Maintain compliance
Key requirements:
- Great customer service skills
- Degreelevel education preferred but not essential
- Keen interest in travel, hospitality or law
- Fluency in English & German is essential
- Great people skills
- Solutionsbase approach to tasks
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to handle highvolume workload
- Desire to take on a longterm career
