happyglam is a new, innovative, and exciting Berlin-based beauty company focused on e-commerce.

Through social media, we create an international brand around our vegan, natural, and eco-friendly cosmetic products for nails, lips and face.

We are well-funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in the beauty, health and fashion e-commerce space in our team.

Tasks

As a working student or intern in Business Development, you will report directly to the CEO and you'll be an integral part in growing our company and you will autonomously manage valuable projects across multiple departments.

Develop a B2B strategy for happyglam & be responsible for the implementation
Own our website / stock management
Coordinate the projects with our IT / developer agency

Requirements:

You have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related field
You are available for minimum of 6 months for the internship
Growthmindset and candomentality
You are available for a minimum of 6 months for the internship
You consider yourself a team player, proactive, curious and openminded
Previous work experience in ecommerce is plus
Living in Berlin / willing to move to Berlin
