Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate series preparation in alignment with projects (design, procurement, quality)
  • Develop production and supply concepts using the pull principle
  • Plan workflows, defining processes and assembly sequence
  • Determine operational planning parameters (e.g., order times using MTM/REFA)
  • Estimate product costs and implement work system planning
  • Create work instructions and optimize assembly processes
  • Integrate external logistics service providers into production processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in production engineering or related field
  • Several years of experience in work planning/work preparation
  • Strong technical understanding of production processes
  • Familiarity with modern production methods and SAP R/
  • Proficiency in REFA or MTM for recording target times
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Analytical mindset, confident, and assertive communication style
  • Affinity for agile working methods

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bremen: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Work Planner and project management: 2 years (preferred)
