About the Job


A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fleet Administrator to be based out of our Milton Keynes office in the England, UK.

Reporting to our Fleet Sales Manager, you will be the key point of contact between
smart UK and
third party organisations (Leasing Company's / Leasing Brokers) during the digital procurement of new cars into various Fleet channels.


In this position, you will be responsible for managing queries from and to the circa 22
smart UK Retailer Network during the new car order process, from initial query through to delivery.


Your responsibilities

  • To order vehicles via the smart systems and become an expert in reserving and placing stock to verified orders
  • To (learn) operate and manage the Leaselink vehicle ordering platform
  • To manage incoming/outgoing digital and telephonic traffic in relation to Fleet administration (and/or other areas of the business as deemed necessary)
  • To understand and naturally subscribe to offering a level of customer service where customer satisfaction is the starting point, leading to customer service excellence.
  • Maintaining an excellent relationship with all customer types (Retailers, Leasing Co's, Leasing Brokers, end user Fleet customers, third party suppliers)
  • To work closely with all
    smart UK colleagues, being part of a small team, including the Sales Planning Manager and The UK Fleet Sales Manager

What you bring along

  • You have 5+ years experience as a fleet administrator within an OEM or Leasing Company
  • You have existing Automotive industry experience, preferably within an OEM or Leasing Company
  • Commercial acumen with good working knowledge of the wider Automotive industry
  • You're an excellent team player, and can work equally proficiently on your own
  • You bring the ability to manage high workloads in an organized and time driven manner
  • You possess good IT skillset and you're experienced with all Microsoft products
  • You are educated to a minimum of higher education or equivalent
  • You have excellent prioritizing skills and you're able to work in a high pressure work environment

Desirable:

  • Ebbon Dacs experience (OEM, Leasing Company or Retailer)
  • Fleet industry experience
  • Knowledge of Leasing Company marketplace
  • Demonstrable Kaizan approach to difficult commercial situations
