About the role:


As CSS representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales-related activities within the organization.

In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, manage data, and engage with customers interaction to facilitate successful sales processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with sales planning, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Your Day to Day

Customer Interaction:

  • You will communicate effectively and professionally with customers in a timely manner, handling inquiries, clarifying commercial problems or concerns and providing information about contracts, invoices and transactions (not products or services)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding pricing, contract terms, invoices, or renewals. Ensure you can competently answer customer queries and collaborate with other departments to find solutions.
  • One of your main tasks will be building and maintaining strong, positive, and honest relationships with customers. This includes collecting customer information and purchase orders after the first contract.

Sales Support:

  • You will assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing (PO + CIF collection), contract management, and invoice generation.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information (excluding entering initial data).

Licenses Agreements:

  • Track transactions and communicate updates to customers as needed.
  • Identify customers who have exceeded their agreed licenses.

Sales Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain sales contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, particularly in the case of renewals.
  • Ensure all salesrelated documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

Sales Reporting:

  • Provide sales managers with insights and recommendations for potential crossselling or upselling opportunities.

What makes you excel in this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customerfocused attitude and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and best practices is a plus.
