Job Title:
Work Control Lead


Purpose and Scope:


Responsible for Work Control activities in support of Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR), Fuel Support Equipment (FSE), Aerospace Ground equipment (AGE) and Tanks Racks and Pylons (TRAP) departments.

Maintains historical and maintenance data records for assigned equipment and facilities. Schedules all inspections, repair, and maintenance for performance of contractual requirements. Complies, coordinates and submit all CDRLs and reports as directed by the Site Manager.

Carries out all duties in compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS), Amentum Policies, and the program ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).


Essential Responsibilities:

Provides oversight, planning and control of scheduled maintenance inspection and repair activities.

Develops and implements a schedule for all unscheduled and regular schedule inspection and maintenance for BEAR, FSE, AGE TRAP, Facility maintenance services and all other site Functions.

Leads and trains personnel in all applicable aspects of the Maximo and DPAS data systems.
Maintains copies of all work orders and equipment records required by the PWS and USAF regulations.
Reviews, consolidates, and submits all required operational reports to the Site for the Program.
Meets with QAE as required providing documentation, and discussing work performance, and related matters as required.
Implements and monitors requirements of the Training, Safety and Environmental plans.
Tracks services, costs, and record work performance details.
Gathers, inputs, retrieves, and maintains maintenance information in computer and manual systems.
Performs general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting of notices, and ordering of parts and supplies as directed.
Compile information such as identification of items, costs, vendor, freight charges, etc. for purchasing of all maintenance materials.
Review documents for sufficiency and performs any necessary follow-up across the departments.
Maintain all files and inventory records of all orders placed and received, including all schedules.
Prioritizes, coordinates, and resolves issues with manpower, procedures, and equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned


Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Be eligible to get a CAC card, (working in Germany at least one year).
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) to Three (3) years of related clerical experience in related field.
Six years' experience in Job Control/Maintenance/Inspection operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, working with spreadsheets, PowerPoint and databases.
Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of obtaining a host nation driver's license.

Must be able to speak, read and write English.
Must be able to read and address correspondence, reports, and technical materials in the individual's special field.
This position is not approved for relocation allowances.


Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Works in normal office environment.
Need to be able to travel domestically and internationally.
