We are looking for a
Senior HR Business Partner EHO to join the European Head Office.

In this role, you implement various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies, best practices and current legislation.


This role reports into the VP HR Network Operations Europe & EHO and can be based in Bonn or Cologne.


How will you contribute to the success of DHL?:

Customer

  • Ensureclose liaison with VP HR Network Operations to establish strategic HR direction and prioritize HR processes to deliver a high quality of service to the business.
  • Working with and adhering to standards set by Europe Comp & Ben, Europe HRD and Employee Relations.
  • Continuouslyliaise with and work together with the respective functional heads to ascertain business partner support levels and to find a tailored solution to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ongoing twoway communication with Team Heads to drive the implementation of main processes.
  • Engage employees to ensure the daytoday HR transactional demands are met.

Stakeholder

  • Manage relationships with NetOps EHO HR and GHO HR in order to ensure that EHO employees are managed and maintained to the same standard.
  • Ongoing compliance and cooperation with our Social Partners.
  • Fostering solid relationships with internal suppliers such as Europe Comp and Ben, Reporting, and Europe HRD to achieve quality output and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Finance to make sure that Crest reporting is correct.
  • Single Point of contact for all day to day HR matters for all EHO Heads.
  • Ownership of Policy and Framework development for Occupational Safety and Health and Wellbeing.
  • Run key topics on a project or ongoing basis as required by the business.

Process

  • Manage and implement the HR activities across the Employee Life Cycle as follows: Sourcing and Assessing, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Salary Proposals, Human Resource Development, CIS, myTW Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Bonus and Merit process, offboarding and Industrial Relations
  • Drive compliance by way of ensuring all approval processes are undertaken including regional leadership approval and works council approval.
  • Actively track recruitment needs for the business and carry out compliant recruitment implementation.
  • Manage performance management processes such as target setting and evaluating, competency assessment and appraisals, calibrations.
  • Influence managers with direct reports to carry out all necessary actions on performance management system to achieve ontime deadlines.
  • Support the ongoing process of Talent Management including the setting up and running of all Talent Panels, Succession Planning.
  • Foster a highlevel culture of Active Leadership and Employee Engagement by supporting managers on workshops and respective meetings.
  • Manage the Employee Opinion Survey by setting up the Org Mapping structures for reporting of survey, Running the Reports and Report Distribution.
  • Follow up from EOS by working with functional heads on EOS follow up workshops and Action Tracking.
  • Oversee the Human Resource development process by supporting CIS implementation and schedule support, and facilitate the running of My Learning World on approved and mandatory trainings.
  • Work alongside Comp and Ben to ensure accuracy and data completion for merit and bonus calculations.
  • Work closely with Labor Relations to ensure compliant processes within reorganization and recruitment and all other relevant HR topics.

Do you have what it takes?:

  • Bachelor's Degree HR/Labour Law certification is an advantage
  • Experience more than 6 years
  • Expert knowledge of the fundamental and key HR processes
