Our company is a worldwide leader in water recovery, treatment and reuse. Our portfolio of technologies includes solidscontact clarification, membrane & media filtration, ion exchange, electrolysis, digestion, evaporation, ozone/UV disinfection and more._

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Work closely with the finance function to create economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and returnoninvestment.
Establish global automation strategies across multiple manufacturing sites.
Position is based in the Veolia WTS Bitterfeld Germany operation.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

Master degree Chemical Process or Mechanical Engineering advanced degree beneficial.
Extensive experience leading engineering teams, contractors, and technical vendors.
Good communication skills in German and English languages.
57 years work experience preferred.
Knowledge in manufacturing, including automated environments.
Sound knowledge industrial control systems.
Ability to travel globally without restrictions.
Knowledge in explosion protection and security concepts (hazard & operability study (HAZOP)

Preferred:

Knowledge typical ERP systems like SAP.
Familiarity with industrial chemical processes.
Exposure to local and state regulations as they relate to facility and factory equipment approvals.
