You will lead the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions that differentiate us in the market
You will be responsible for building, mentoring and leading a high performing engineering team

You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our enterprise software offering

What should you bring along?

You have proven experience in a senior technology leadership role in the enterprise software space
You have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science
You demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering teams
Extensive experience in product development and innovation
Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
You have effective communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus. Knowing a programming language besides Python, such as Java/Golang, is a plus
