What you'll do


You will be supporting the team and work on approaches to further improve the teams' operations and the customer experience during the engagement with the Industry 4.0 Center Team.


The tasks comprise, but are not limited to:

  • Organizing customer tours through the Industry 4.0 Center; correspondence in Team Inbox
  • Showcase tour support: operating the video streaming equipment and edit videos
  • Proactively supporting the customer journey process
  • Support in Social Media activities
  • Creating and analyzing internal reports, and maintaining the Customer Engagement List
  • Logistics support
  • Execution of own projects

Preferred start date:
asap, duration: 6 months


What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: business engineering, computer science, business administration and economics
  • Computer skills: MS Office
  • Language skills: fluent in German & English
  • Soft skills: team player, selfdriven, organized, proactive
  • Others: prior experience with SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions beneficial

The Industry 4.0 Center Walldorf is dedicated to accelerate the customers' Industry 4.0 journey with tailored offerings.


We offer visitors the opportunity to experience end-to-end processes from both the discrete and the process industry at first hand.

On an area of more than 500m2 the customer will be guided step by step through the possibilities of digital production in supply chain with the aid of a realistic, factory-like process setup.
