Beschreibung

Your daily doing will involve:


  • You are the friendly and professional first point of contact for our customers and your colleagues
  • Office organization, administrative activities and general assistance tasks are a matter of course for you
  • You will provide support with daytoday accounting tasks (e.g. invoice processing, orders, preaccounting, reporting and dunning & debt collection)
  • You will help maintain our IT systems, which are used in the areas of organization and finance.

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed training in commerce or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally already experience in finance
  • Organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of the common Office programs
  • Enjoy contact with colleagues and customers as well as working with software
