The team is responsible for divisional flow of information, internal department processes, resource planning as well as management and control.

In this context, it is also responsible for operational support to implementation of continuous improvement in the unit.

In addition, the department is responsible for site and office space planning as well as operational budget management for the division.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Central contact person for all topics regarding resource management to support the Corporate Quality Teams
Support and improve information cascade and knowledge transfer across teams
Close collaboration with HR (incl. CARIAD Academy) concerning position and competence management
Close collaboration with Finance and Purchasing concerning resource management and order placements
Preparation of decision templates

WHO YOU ARE:

University degree in the field of economics, technical economics or similar
Several years of experience in resource management/project management
Strong analytical skills and a team player who works independently
Knowledge of agile methods is a plus
A lot of enthusiasm to solve challenging problems, learn new things and really make a difference in the organization
Fluent business English language skills (both verbal and written); German is preferred, and additional languages are always welcome
Experience with Jira
Experience with introducing new digital processes within a company
Certified project management experience by e.g. IPMA or PMI
