Your Role- In this position you take the global responsibility for 1st level technical service fulfillment with P&L responsibility for PC60 for the entire IQS product portfolio to enable our country organizations & business partner to sell and deliver innovative service & retrofit solutions effectively and efficiently- This includes responsibly for the service product implementation as well as organizational structures in the local organizations and continuous efficiency improvements- A particular focus will be on managing the generational change along with making our country organizations ready for remote and digital service business models- You lead the NextGen CRM activities for services xSBU- You are is a member of the IQS M2 management circle and as such contributing to the development and implementation of IQS and BU Services strategies

Your Profile- Technical Master's degree or equivalent- 10+ years of work experience, in parts in technical service, service & business development; decent leadership experience; international experience is a plus- Strong leadership, analytic, strategic and communication skills- Proactive attitude and high degree of independence- Living the ZEISS values, proven capability to drive and moderate business transformation & change at scale; ambassador for a truly global team set up- business fluent knowledge of English and German, further languages are of advantage- Experience in traditional and digital service operations; Intrinsic curiosity for new digital technologies and services
