For the expansion of our IT Team in
Germany we are looking for a


System Administrator (m/w/d) for our Center of Excellence:


YOUR FUNCTIONS:


  • Create and maintain system configuration, and troubleshooting documentation as needed.
  • Provide 2nd & 3rd level IT support and participate in the scheduled oncall rotation
  • Actively claim, triage, and resolve IT tickets and contribute to the teams overall SLA matrixes.
  • Configure, install, hardware upgrade and review infrastructure systems to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes

YOUR PROFILE:


  • First experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Windows, and Linux operating systems, Veeam, Microsoft Exchange, Nutanix, VMWare and Monitoring Tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Business fluent in English
