Works closely with a team of analytical accelerators to resolve business challenges.

Partners with other Data and Analytics teams for FME General and Administration Business functions G&A such as Finance, Procurement, Compliance and Care Enablement to define complex data-related requirements that bring strategic priorities to life for Fresenius.


Your assignments:


  • Drive assigned engagements of Analytics Accelerators, funnels and prioritizes next needs with Business Partners
  • Translates of analytics ideas to project/program/product definition and scoping with Data and Analytics CoE Functions
  • Manages business input on data & analytical quests.
  • Ensures rapid responses, delivery and/or first solutions / assessments (data labs / mínimal viable products)
  • Manages transition to full scale implementations if needed.
  • Aligns framed problem statements, shapes a solution, and champions change with business counterparts and executives.
  • Ensures business use cases and outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches and options; the ability to translate among the languages used by executives, business, IT, and other stakeholders.

Your profile:


  • Professional experience in IT and data driven Environments.
  • Professional experience in global and complex project / agile Environment, Project Management experience
  • Strong business domain knowledge and data expertise in two or more of Care Enablement or G&A business domains
  • Agile / Project Engagement Mgmt. (Scrum / PRINCE2) background
  • Experience in working methodologically in a datacentric business environment (Business & Data Analysis)
  • Solid understanding of the sources of value from data analytics across core business domains and to define paths realizing that value.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to break down complex information into relevant and digestible points.
  • Teamplayer attitude and goal orientation to drive the endtoend implementation of use cases under time pressure.
  • Experience and solid skills in 34 out of the following set:
  • Data Visualization
  • Data Engineering
  • Business Process Analysis
  • Programming, SQL preferred.
  • Statistics
  • AI/ML Design
  • Product Management
  • Degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Mathematics or Statistics (BSc., MBA or PhD) or technical apprenticeship supplemented with appropriate professional experience in a comparable role.

  • Emphatic and Big Picture Thinking
  • Selfdriven, high degree of independence, strong selfmotivation
  • Very good communication skills (oral and written)

  • Occasional willingness to travel (few trips per year, typically less than 1 week duration)
  • Business level proficiency in English, German is desirable.
