It sounds complex, but we'll explain further Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project).

Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

    What your day will look like:
  • Consulting and enablement of the Business in all works council related topics and projects
  • Advise managers on all P&Crelated topics such as labour law, performance management, compensation & benefits and change management
  • Trusting, collegial and efficient cooperation with the works councils
  • Negotiation of company agreements
  • Initiating and implementing strategic projects within the People Strategy
  • In addition, you will make effective use of all relevant HR tools, methods and guidelines and work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Local P&C Services
  • You will be involved in the ongoing development of our People & Culture Services to take our Employee Experience to the next level

What you need to fulfill the role:

  • Degree, ideally in law or economics with a focus on human resources
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, 3 of which as a direct negotiating partner of the works council
  • Management of strategic and operational HR projects
  • Business fluent in German & fluent in written and spoken English
  • Very good knowledge of labor and works constitution law and experience in dealing with works councils
