Your Responsibilities:

Advice the Company in all legal matters in a diverse international environment
Provide operational daytoday legal support as a strong Business Partner
Draft and negotiate domestic and international contracts and other documentations for business transactions and projects
Cooperate with outside counsel/external law firms representing the Company
Work closely with business management to address issues and risks

Your Profile:

German degree in Law (second state exam is preferred) with a specialization in Maritime Law. Master's degree in Maritime Law and or/ International Commercial Law is a plus
At least 5 years of professional experience in national and/or international law firms in the fields of maritime, civil, commercial, corporate or international law
Experience in counselling in the fields of maritime, civil, commercial, corporate and international law, SOLAS, MARPOL and IMO regulations and resolutions
Solid commercial acumen
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a flexible mindset and cando attitude
Excellent command of the English and German languages
Good command of Microsoft Office tools
Admission to the German bar is desirable
