Your new responsibilities:

Supervision of the Head of Product Line EAC in the Business Unit AC, as well as the Site Manager Vitesco Technologies Schwalbach
Responsible for organizing appointments and meetings (internal and external)
Coordination, organization as well as preparation and followup of meetings and workshops
Travel management consisting of travel planning, booking and accounting
Coordination of activities with worldwide locations and related assistance colleagues
Responsibility for ordering processes for IT equipment, office supplies and services
Independent creation and preparation of documents for presentations and speeches
Independent conception, creation and maintenance of VT intranet content
Leading and moderating team calls and webcasts
Independent planning, organization and support of trade fair appearances
Independent planning and supervision of larger site events (town hall meetings, summer parties, etc.)
Supporting and advising the communications department on internal and external activities, events and promotional activities
Organization and participation in internal and external employer branding events

Your profile:

Completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or a comparable qualification
Confident handling of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as SAP and ordering systems (VTOS)
Experience in working with teams, OneNote and Power-BI
Experience and knowledge in the technical environment is an advantage; project experience desirable
Very good German and English language skills written and spoken
Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as intercultural competence
Willingness to learn and enjoy change complete your profile
