Your responsibilities:

For upcoming meetings and conferences, you prepare our five meeting rooms and take care of the catering for the visitors with drinks and snacks.
During their arrival, you support our new employees by providing them with the needed work materials and assisting them in preparing their workplaces.
You manage our company catering system "Hofmann Menü" and keep track of orders and deliveries.
In cooperation with our event planners, you take care of the organization of business trips that arise.

You bring along:

You have a positive attitude, a corteous manner and possess a high level of service orientation.
A completed apprenticeship in the hotel or catering industry and/or professional experience at the reception are an advantage, but not a must. We are also happy to support career changers in their professional reorientation and provide extensive training in their new area of responsibility.
Very good communication skills in German and English will help you with your daily contact with our staff and guests. Other languages (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage.
You are a flexible team player who actively supports your team in all tasks.
A confident handling of the PC and MS Office, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail, complete your profile.
