Our two-year trainee program includes:


  • Collaboration in the optimization of processes in interdisciplinary teams along the entire value chain
  • Working in various areas of the company, in particular supporting planning processes
  • Project responsibility for the conception and introduction of new planning strategies
  • Analysis of key business figures and visualization of business processes

In addition:


  • Deep insights into all functional areas of the location, communication and interaction with all departments
  • Assignment abroad at one of our international locations in Europe, Asia or North America
  • Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, lean training, project management, etc.)
  • Continuous support from a personal mentor

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, business mathematics or similar
  • Interest and enthusiasm for the topics of digitalization, technology and organization
  • Handson mentality and personal responsibility in the processing and implementation of projects
  • Very high level of selfdiscipline, organization and accuracy
  • Very good command of English and German
  • Good communication skills, enthusiasm and a high level of social competence
