We are currently looking for a Maintance Lead / Master Electrician (M/F/d) to join our Integrated Facilities Management team.


Your tasks:

Supervise and direct maintenance staff on their shift or assigned to her/him and monitor performance of their assigned responsibilities
Provide training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of the staff assigned to her/him
Supervise and implement the preventative maintenance program
Direct the performance of contracted maintenance work as needed
Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials
Plan and manage their budget, allowing for appropriate control over, and utilization of institutional resources. Recommend and estimate facilities repairs and improvements for inclusion in the annual budget
Participate in facilities remodelling, new exhibit construction, and other planning activities of other Departments. Manage and monitor construction and repair projects
Insure the availability of an adequate operating inventory of tools and supplies
Operate Electrical equipment (general building technology, EMA, BMA)
Carry out maintenance of buildings and technical installations
Expand the existing technical infrastructure if required
Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical assets, machinery and equipment
Carry out regular testing of assets, machinery and equipment in accordance with current standards and regulations
Self-deliver critical works immediately
Create reports and documentation
Monitor and coordinate external subcontractors


Your profile:

Completed vocational education as an electrical installer / electrical engineer or electrical master
5-10 years of professional experience in a similar role
The expertise to identify and repair errors in machine controls
This position requires good communication skills and process ownership. Furthermore, good organizational skills are required
Advanced level of English language is beneficial
Secure use of the computer and MS-Office
Self-initiative, responsibility, sovereignty and reliability
High customer and service orientation
Independent and at the same time team-oriented way of working
Willingness to work flexible
