About Our Client
Für ein dynamisch wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich natürlicher Konsumgüter und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt eine dynamische und motivierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die den Bereich Sourcing & Planning sowohl strategisch als auch operativ weiterentwickelt. Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, ein wachsendes Produktportfolio aktiv mitzugestalten und einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu einer zuverlässigen, profitablen und nachhaltigen Supply Chain zu leisten.
Job Description
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines mehrköpfigen Teams, Förderung von Ownership und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
- Durchführung von Vertrags‑ und Konditionsverhandlungen sowie Gestaltung langfristiger, belastbarer Lieferantenpartnerschaften im DACH- und EU‑Markt.
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Produktverfügbarkeit durch präzise Forecasts und Weiterentwicklung der Planungsprozesse.
- Analyse von Abverkaufsdaten, Bedarfen und Trends zur Sicherstellung effizienter Supply-Chain-Steuerung.
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Auswahl neuer Lieferanten, insbesondere für Rohstoffe und Produkte aus dem Supplements-Segment.
- Besuch von Produktionsstätten und relevanten Fachmessen zur Erweiterung des Lieferantennetzwerks.
- Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Beschaffungs‑ und Planungsprozessen im Hinblick auf Skalierbarkeit, Nachhaltigkeit und Profitabilität.
- Monitoring relevanter KPIs, Ableitung von Maßnahmen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Operations und Produktentwicklung.
The Successful Applicant
- Erfolgreiches abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf bei einem Unternehmen im Food-/Nahrungsergänzungsmittel‑ oder FMCG‑Segment.
- Erste Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung eines Teams.
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz und Erfahrung im Aufbau langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit modernen ERP-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einem pragmatischen, hands-on Mindset.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
