WHAT YOU DO:

Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and cash planning
Continuous improvement and optimization of liquidity management
Holistic approach: stable payroll processes, company administration, and leading financial projects
Timely and highquality monthly and annual reportings to group FP&A team
Drive business performance with a costefficiency focus
Champion continuous improvement in the system project landscape
Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance
Prepare project reports with realistic/best/worst case forecasts
Promote continuous improvement in project metrics and controlling processes
Expand reporting of project KPIs with forecasts, scenario analyses, and alerts

WHO YOU ARE:

Degree in economics, business administration, or related field, focusing on project controlling
3+ years of experience in a similar controlling role
Integrated finance expert with deep knowledge in controlling, value flows, and supply chain management
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Ability to identify, communicate, and present financial implications clearly
Experience with crossfunctional teams and a growth mindset
Independent and structured worker with a proactive and holistic approach
Proficient in MS Excel, required skills in SAP and Microsoft Power BI
Fluent in written and spoken German and English for daily business
