What you'll be doing:


We are looking for a Senior Group Reporting Accountant to join our Group Reporting, Treasury & Tax team at Camunda.

This newly-formed team ensures that the group meets its accounting and regulatory compliance obligations while striving towards efficiency and scalability.


In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in developing Camunda's financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal control processes.


This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here
. Please note that the majority of this team is based in Europe and an overlap of 5 working hours with the CET time zone is required for collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting for the group to provide insight and recommendations to management
  • Preparing the annual group and subsidiary financial statements and managing the audit processes to ensure statutory compliance and errorfree audits
  • Establishing the group accounting manual and preparing management position papers so that uniform and welldocumented accounting practices exist across the group
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing internal control and process improvements to ensure appropriate governance levels and to enable accounting processes to scale with Camunda's global expansion
  • Accounting for the group's sharebased payment plans by maintaining a robust expense model and working with external advisors on valuations

What You'll Bring:


  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) with proven experience in audit and/or group reportingStrong technical accounting experience (in particular IFRS) and knowledge of internal control systems over financial reporting and accountingStrong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel or Google Sheets)Proactive, solutionoriented mindset with a passion for building from scratch and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, both internally and with external stakeholders

Compensation
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role.

To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $ to $
  • Germany: € to €97700.0
  • United Kingdom: £ to £95200.0
  • Singapore: S$ to S$
