Your duties:

You support the project controller in their daily work and take over independent tasks in coordination with them.
You will be involved in the regular execution of the invoicing and forecasting process.
You provide decision support and orientation by assisting in the preparation of reports, analyses and presentations.
You will work on controllingdriven projects and contribute to their targeted implementation.
As part of the controlling team, you are the contact person for the project managers and teams for user questions regarding the controlling tools and programs.
Your responsibilities include administrative tasks such as project creation, data maintenance, process documentation, organization and execution of filing.

Your profile:

You are enrolled in a degree program such as project management, business administration, economics or any other relevant field of study, preferably with a focus on controlling, finance or similar and are still studying for at least 3 semesters.
You have a good command of MS Office programs, especially good to very good knowledge of Excel.
You are characterized by a high degree of independence and selforganization, as well as a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Your way of working is structured, analytical and concentrated.
You have a fast comprehension combined with a very good understanding of numbers.
You are communicative and friendly in dealing with customers and colleagues.
A have very good German and English skills.
