This year we are trying something new to recruit for our Visiting Venture Architect Internship program... we are hosting a Venture Building Hackathon on the 12.05 at our headquarters in Berlin.

Our Venture Practice is ever-growing and in need of Visiting Venture Architects (f/m/x) so this year we decided to invite all those interested in an entry-level internship position as a Visiting Venture Architect or those who just want to participate in a Venture Building Hackathon.

It will be a day of hands-on venture building where a selected 18 participants will be split into groups of 3 and tasked to work on a business case that they will later present to our jury of Venture Architects.

It's an opportunity to work on a case that is a simulation of the real-life cases our Venture Architects work on, experience a steep learning curve, network and possibly leave with a potential collaboration opportunity ooo and there's a goodie bag we have prepped for all participants as well.

Tasks

What you can expect if you're selected for the Visiting Venture Architect position or want to pursue this role; Gain an inside perspective on internet startups, the agency and service business, and the digital consulting industry

Participate in ideating, structuring, and developing new product and business venture ideas
Negotiate with potential business partners
Prepare documents for strategic decisions or pitches
Support marketing initiatives
Drive (market) research
Take ownership in operations topics and help develop efficient and eloquent processes in our project back office

Note that we are growing fast and successful interns can expect to be offered a full-time contract upon completion.

Requirements:

Completed at least the 4th semester of your Bachelor studies in business/ finance, engineering, mathematics or another relevant field, or you are in the midst of your Master's /MBA.
Skillset to evaluate & develop venture ideas i.e. in ideation, validation & gotomarket strategies.
Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail, as well as a handson mentality.
The ability to blend quantitative analysis with effective presentation skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German.
The ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teamwork skills and enjoy ongoing direct contact with people.
Entrepreneurial spirit, a high interest in the startup or consulting industry.
A high level of organisational skills you are not afraid of managing multiple projects at once.
