Wat ga je doen?:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Media Specialist to join our marketing team and support the Media Manager in managing media campaigns across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg (Benelux).

The Media Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, maintaining close collaboration with the brand and campaign teams, and managing communication with our media agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Media Manager to oversee media campaigns (offline and online) in the Benelux region, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with company objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for our media agency, facilitating communication, providing necessary guidance, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
Collaborate with the brand and campaign teams to align media strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Track and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and maximizing ROI.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media channels to inform strategic decisions.

Wie ben jij?:

Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with proficiency in English for effective communication within the international team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrate agility, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
