LOT Lead Server Infrastructure ():

Your responsibilities:

As LOT Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the Server Infrastructure team, focusing on coaching and development of your team members and the recruitment of new team members
You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the team and are responsible for the design and development of the team identity
Manage and achieve operational KPIs
You drive ongoing enhancements by identifying efficiency opportunities and lead seamless transitions during the implementation of new processes and tools
You identify and address potential risks to maintain operational stability while also evaluating emerging technologies for potential operational improvements

Your background:

Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coachoriented leadership style
With your strong communication skills, you always manage to win others over and inspire them across all hierarchical levels
You have extensive experience in managing Server Infrastructure and Applications Operation and are aware of current trends
You have knowledge of relevant technologies, tools and working methods, and ideally have experience in an agile work environment
