Your tasks:


  • Leading a team of experienced sales experts in the "Defense, Security & Critical Infrastructure" sector
  • Positioning of the R&S product and solution portfolio with OEM's for defined use cases
  • Definition & coordination of sales initiatives in a multinational environment
  • Establishment of a key account structure for industry partners
  • Leading capture teams for selected business opportunities
  • Supporting the local sales organization in case of capacity bottlenecks or capability gaps
  • Representing Rohde & Schwarz in front of primes, key customers and partners

Your qualifications:


  • Completed university studies with relevant professional experience in sales and marketing
  • Experience with procurement procedures for public contracts
  • Experience in intelligence and/or security solutions is an advantage
  • Proven track record in sellling complex solutions, preferably in the public sector
  • Ability to motivate and confidently lead a team of senior sales experts
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new, and complex topics
  • Willingness to travel internationally
