As the ERP Implementation Lead, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing my client's business processes. Your role will be pivotal in orchestrating a seamless transition to Workday HCM & ERP.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, harness your deep understanding of ERP implementation best practices, and leverage your strategic vision to shape the implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a dedicated team throughout the implementation process.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and strategies.

Drive the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and user training.

Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, ensuring project milestones are achieved.

Maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders.

Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Champion change management and foster a culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successfully leading ERP implementations, preferably with Workday.

In-depth understanding of HCM and ERP systems and their integration.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset, with a keen eye for identifying process gaps and optimization opportunities.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Workday) will be an advantage.
