Procurement plays a decisive role and impacts Infineon ́s growth and profitability e.g. due to supply security or cost savings as a business function.

The Center of Excellence in Procurement enables and supports the organization with state-of-the-art methods & tools and supports the procurement transformation by teaming up cross-functional e.g.

in several corporate projects or interface functions like R&D.

As part of the leadership circle directly reporting to the Head of the Procurement Center of Excellence, in your role you will be responsible for:

Strategic Program & Initiative Management enabling
Transformation to support best in class Procurement impacting the global function and Infineon ́s success
Acting as the program & initiative
interface to all PROC Center of Competences, R&D & Divisional or Corporate projects , representing procurements ́ contributions & needs

Definition & Development of organizational improvement concepts end-to-end beyond Procurement ensuring harmonized standards, stakeholder management and preparation of top management decisions

Driving, orchestrating and monitoring
programs & Initiatives progress , assessing overarching risks & probabilities, and definition of mitigation measures

Sustaining implementation of strategic roadmaps

With your strategic mindset and passion for Infineon ́s success, you are ready to drive change programs & transformation. As a real team player, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation within a global environment. You use your sound background, and excellent analytical skills to turn complex information into relevant insights. Moreover, you recognize opportunities and develop solutions with value add as well as bring them to implementation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree in
Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Economics or comparable
At least
8 years of relevant work experience in
program/project management in industrial engineering , strategic consulting,
organizational transformation & strategic development, procurement , innovation management, or in a related field, semiconductor or automotive industry background is a plus
Proven profound
conceptual thinking combined with pragmatic solution skills
Significant experience in
successfully executing & sustaining
implementing change programs and continuous measuring of related KPIs
Passion to work in
multiple global projects simultaneously , including independent functional and motivational steering of colleagues with different cultural backgrounds by clear guidance in a structured manner
Excellent ability to
turn information into top management presentations and crisp presentation & communication skills in English
Sound understanding of
best in class Procurement
