Scrum Master

What to expect:

As a Scrum Master, you give a worldwide software development team the framework they need using the Scrum Framework.
You serve as the Scrum team's initial point of contact to ensure an efficient software development cycle and prevent any delays.
You spot deviations from the Scrum process and maintain constant adherence to the rules.
You create and display essential metrics to assess team effectiveness and provide actions for ongoing optimisation.
You have the chance to fill in for the product owner during brief absences, opening you to new career opportunities.

Requirements:

Completed a course or study leading to a degree in (business) informatics.
Several years of certified professional Scrum Master experience with the desire to advance.
Simple familiarity with agile software development.
Strong team orientation, agile working style, confident demeanour, and effective and organised communication abilities.
A benefit is having prior experience as a consultant for outside initiatives.
Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English.
Readiness to travel around Germany with a focus on local assignments.
