Job Description:


  • Your opportunity_

You will support the Sales Support Team in:

  • Managing the order to cash flow of the allocated customer portfolio in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Working closely with the sales team to support them in daily activities and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring compliance with sales business policies.
  • Managing collections and customer appointments in our showroom in the Munich office.
  • Collaborating with customer service and logistics teams located at our headquarters in Padova, Italy.
  • How you will contribute_
  • Managing customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness and integrity of all information.
  • Managing order flow from order entry to order delivery in compliance with agreed trade terms.
  • Managing delivery flow by liaising directly with planning, logistics and customer whilst acting as first point of contact in the event of any query/issue.
  • Managing backorders ensuring a clean customer portfolio.
  • Showing active participation in both organisational preparation and execution by supporting Sales events such as Buying Days and Roadshows, collection presentations and showroom appointments.
  • Issuing sales/customerrelated reporting to the benefit of both sales team and customer.
  • Implementing and enhancing customer servicerelated procedures, processes and systems.
  • Participating to ad hoc salesrelated activities and/or projects.
  • Support the daytoday activities.
  • Who you are_
  • A university graduate with a bachelor's degree in Foreign languages, Marketing, Business Administration or Fashion/Retail Management with excellent results.
  • Fluent in German & English (minimum B2 level), good knowledge of French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, mainly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous work experience (fulltime, internship or student job) with knowledge of ERP/SAP preferable.
  • Proactive person with "handson mentality" and communication skills.
  • A problemsolver.
  • A reliable and structured team member.
  • Creative, innovative and with a passion for the fashion and luxury industries.
  • What we offer to you_
  • Type of contract: Intern / Full Time / From Monday to Friday
  • Duration: 6 months.
  • Reimbursement + Ticket restaurant.
  • Working location in the center of Munich in an attractive office space.
