Job Summary:

Our global Investment Manager with AUM exceeding 13.9 Bn is activley seeking a expereince real estate development professional to manage a number of Capex and development projects for assets ( Office & Retail) acrossed Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of large Capex programmes
Drive the process and ensure achievement of objectives by updating schedules, budgets, timelines, financial information, projections, and closings, as necessary
Challenge third parties to ensure time and cost efficiency
Ensure strict compliance with plans and communicate any critical issues to the Managing Director
Responsiblefor managingrelevant ESG initiatives and issues pertaining to the assets

EXPERIENCE

812 years relevant experience on the German Real Estate market including Multiproject AM, Management of Capex programs >€12m
Team management of both directly and third parties and permitting management, directly or through counterparties.
Minimum educational level: Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering (MBA beneficial)
Have negotiated contracts with and for General Contractors, Third party Development Managers, and Delegated Developers ( PM agreements )
Fluent in spoken and written Germanand English languages
Highly versed in ESG topics related to new developments
