Responsibilities:


  • Working through all departments of Corporate Lead Function International Projects (Sales, Engineering, Execution) at Headquarters.
  • Support the acquisition of strategic international projects with our EPC / FF/ and endoperator customers, with the aim of securing the longterm aftermarket growth of EagleBurgmann.
  • Technical responsibility during the complete project life including quotation preparation for mechanical seals and supply systems as well as determination of cost basis and delivery time.
  • Technical and commercial handling of construction orders for mechanical seals and supply systems.
  • Elaboration and definition of the sales strategy for international projects
  • Organizing internal kickoff meetings e.g. with IP Contracting
  • Foreign assignment (approx. 12 months) in one of our Regional International Project Offices (e.g. Dubai, Istanbul or Houston)
  • Oneweek collaboration with a European Project Sales Manager (Italy, Spain or France)

Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed studies, preferably mechanical engineering / industrial engineering or similar
  • If applicable, first experience / knowledge in project negotiation and coordination as well as in working with / at planning companies and OEM project sales.
  • Interest in sales of rotating equipment / mechanical seal and investment projects in the process industry, energy industry, pharmaceutical or food & beverage industry
  • Business English and German, business fluent
  • Interest in foreign cultures and business behaviour, high social competence and focus and passion for the sales process and customer service
  • High level of selfmotivation and strong networking skills
