Your Role

You are excited about digital transformation? Then work together with the Digital Transformation Projects team of ZEISS in projects supporting the digitalization of ZEISS.

You will support our project managers globally in effectively and efficiently managing projects x-ZEISS while building the bridge between Tech and Business.

Moreover you will- Support in a group-wide ZEISS Program focused on digital ecosystem enablement initiatives- Take over responsibility for sub-modules or work packages and become an integral part of our cross-functional teams of business experts, IT experts/architects, developers and engineers- Perform process analysis of different support/operation and service processes of x-ZEISS digital solutions- Conceptualize and prepare cross-departmental workshops for senior management stakeholders- Create presentation and communication material- Present your results to key stake holders and decision makers

Your Profile- Successfully completed at least 3 years of study, preferably with a background in business, natural sciences, business informatics or (business) engineering, with excellent university grades- Gained first (internship) experience in the corporate, startup, or management consulting world- Passion for digital technologies, ZEISS' products and bringing digital transformation and culture change to life- You know how to plan, steer, prepare and control project work packages between the interface of Tech and business in an agile environment- You are able to work in an independent, goal
- and output-oriented manner and have a "can do" attitude

Good communication skills paired with empathy to easily navigate corporate as well as "geeky/nerdy" environments
First proven MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
You have English and German language skills and are fluent in at least one
