The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Supporting in the implementation of international moves in a way that is compliant for Supply Chain and sensitive to the needs of the business and employee
  • Delivering day to day operational activities, working as part of the Global Mobility Team
  • Working closely with global thirdparty providers to provide employees with a seamless experience by initiating and tracking services, including tax support, household goods shipment, destination support, international medical insurance and immigration
  • Preparation and analysis of international move cost projections
  • Managing global mobility queries from employees and stakeholders and collaborating with Global Mobility Managers on case challenges
  • Maintaining data, files and reports for Global Mobility programs and policies
  • Developing and streamlining processes and supporting documentation
  • Supporting Global Mobility Managers on ad hoc projects

Now here's what we need from you;

  • Global Mobility experience preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of Global Mobility practices and common areas of compliance concerns
  • Experience of working in global, regional and multi country environments
  • Excellent analytical thinking and numeracy skills
  • Logical and systematic approach
