- Lead Program & Project Management strategy and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design and implement best practices/templates for program/project management, offering guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Influence strategic direction by providing consolidated project status and financial information to leadership.
- Analyze dependencies across multiple projects and manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.
- Focus on formulating and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize shareholder value.
- Facilitate internal communication channels, including Town Halls and leadership exposure within EMEAC.
- Oversee governance processes, including planning, execution, and follow-up on key meetings.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external parties, influencing and negotiating effectively.
- Master's degree or PhD in Specialist areas.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the life sciences industry.
- Consulting background with experience in management/strategy consulting, private equity, or related fields.
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal acumen.
- Strong strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
- Proven organizational agility, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
