Position Summary
This role will be responsible to set and deliver a sales strategy for Tier 1 Device Makers customers Globally. This strategy will focus in delivering profitable growth with existing customers as well as growing with new customers. The position holder will be fully accountable for the bookings and revenues for the Global Device sales channel.


The position holder will also maximize synergies across regions to guarantee a consistent global product portfolio, technology roadmap and customer coverage for the device channel.


Your Role

  • Responsible to set and deliver a sales strategy for the device customers that focus on profitable growth in line with CS's strategy
  • Lead and orchestrate negotiations (commercial, contractual, pricing, etc.) for the channel
  • Responsible for bookings, revenue and profitability targets for the device channel
  • Lead the Customer relations at channel's level
  • Lead & develop a team of Regional Channel Managers
  • Responsible for setting pricing and price erosion strategies for the channel
  • Responsible for escalations for Channel's customers
  • Responsible for revenue / budget planning for the channel and definition of counteractions if deviation from budget takes place
  • Manage and control accounts receivable for the channel
  • Guarantee a consistent global product portfolio and technology roadmap for the channel that is in line with customers and market needs
  • Maximize synergies between the regions for the device channel.

Your Background

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role (R)
  • Minimum of 5 years of specific experience in the device sales channel (R)
  • Master Degree or similar (R)
  • Experience in large global matrix organization with multistakeholder environment (R)
  • Extremely strong communication & interpersonal skills (R)
  • Fluency in English, German (P)
  • Sales driven hunter mentality (R)
  • Experience in a multicountry / multicultural environment. Strong diplomacy skills. (R)
  • Able to lead and influence different layers in the organization, including Executive Leadership Team (R)
  • SalesForce.

  • Deliver global sales strategy for the device customers
  • Deliver a plan to achieve increased market share per customer
  • Deliver bookings, revenue and profitability targets by customer and region
  • Deliver an annual revenue / budget planning for the global device channel
  • Deliver long term opportunity pipeline plan including required technology roadmap
  • Consolidate market and customer intelligence and share it with respective stakeholders (Product Line Management and Engineering)
