The Job:

One of your main tasks will be keeping in order the extensive paperwork that any Human Resources department generates.


You will be expected to:


  • Manage employment contracts, maintain employee files;
  • Update our organizational chart;
  • Assist in issues related to benefits, training, and discipline.

You will also:


  • Bring new employees on board;
  • Wrap up the formalities when someone leaves our team.

It could be you, if you have:

  • Two or more years of experience in an HR position
  • A college diploma

It also helps if you:

  • Have good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Are punctual and organized
