You'll join more than 6,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem.

YOUR TEAM:

We as the driving department are building the function stack for the ADAS/AD driving functions within CARIAD (T3-E).

We focus on providing our customers with functions that support their driving experience with our assisted but also autonomous driving functions.

You will become a part of our project management office (PMO) team which helps our technical project managers and leaders bringing those functions into live by supporting, improving and coordinating financial and purchasing topics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Act as single point of contact for our department to our stakeholders within CARIAD especially to our finance and purchasing departments as well as our ADAS/AD central department.
Being the knowledge carrier about all relevant finance and purchasing processes (incl. budget planning, bidding process and accounting) and support our project managers with your knowhow for their requests.
Short and longterm analysis as well as coordination of our framework contract
Responsibility for the internal steering of our project managers including specifying our internal approaches as well as comply with relevant deadlines
Identifying optimization potential and push our internal demands as part of the ADAS/AD-PMO team to develop further the processes and tools related to the order management.
Providing the central departments with necessary information regarding their adhoc requests

WHO YOU ARE:

Degree in the field of business administration / economics (as a plus: focus in controlling or finance) or equivalent field of studies
Very good communication skills to present necessary information to our management level as well as collaborate with our project managers
Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and perseverance
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
