Global Controller (w/m/d)

You ensure that global financial statements are accurate, complete and in accordance with country requirements, corporate policies and industry practices.

What you can expect:

At global level, you coordinate the preparation, consolidation and analysis of financial data for periodic and annual financial statements, including preparation of charts/graphs showing progress against results.
You brief the MDs and the cost center managers on monthly reporting's and cost center analysis and recommend actions in case of budget deviations and efficiency potentials.
Drive timeliness, accuracy and completeness of financial reports to meet specified deadliness.
Prepare various reports which summarize and forecast business activity and financial position and ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
You drive and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and ensure compliance in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate finance policies & procedures, internal control processes and established finance reporting requirements.
You play an active role in merger/acquisition due diligence, data management, and postclosing integration.

What you bring:

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or related field and knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Ability to collaborate and communicate with people of different regional backgrounds and roles; ability to articulate financial information to senior management.
Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
Ability to manage complex and dynamic situations requiring a welldeveloped sense of strategic and tactical priorities.
Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting.
Ability to perform with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity and to manage multiple projects within tight time frames.
